These terms govern your use of the Erudaitius Law, PC website and our consultation booking and text messaging services.

Viewing this website, contacting us, or booking a consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship begins only when we both sign a written engagement agreement.

Consultations
Consultations cost $250, payable when your appointment is confirmed. If you hire the firm within 30 days of your consultation, the $250 is credited toward your initial retainer.
A consultation gives you an assessment of your legal position and your options. It does not guarantee any particular outcome in your matter.
Text messaging program
When you provide a mobile number while booking a consultation, you agree to receive text messages from Erudaitius Law, PC about that consultation and your appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling notices.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of hiring the firm.
Acceptable use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. We may change or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
Third-party services
Booking, payment, and messaging services are provided with the help of third-party platforms. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erudaitius Law, PC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute arising from these terms or this website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
